Kazakh President to hand over top military epaulettes and state awards

ASTANA. May 7. KAZINFORM /Kalamkas Abuova/ Kazakh President, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of Kazakhstan Armed Forces Nursultan Nazarbayev will hand over top military and special epaulettes to a range of military men, officials and state awards to members of the public in Akorda residency today.
The ceremony of awarding epaulettes will be held in Altyn Hall of the residency, state awards - in the Marble Hall.
