Kazakh President to address participants of informal meeting of OSCE Foreign Ministers

ASTANA. July 16. KAZINFORM /Kalamkas Abuova/ Two-day informal meeting of the OSCE Foreign Ministers will be opened in Almaty today. Its participants will address the key issues of security inside the OSCE area of responsibility within the development of so-called Corfu process including the situation in Afghanistan.

President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev is expected to address the participants of the meeting in the second day of the summit.

OSCE Secretary-in-office, Kazakh Secretary of State - Foreign Minister Kanat Saudabayev will hold a number of bilateral meetings with his foreign colleagues, take part in signing of an agreement between Kazakhstan and a range of countries on exemption of holders of diplomatic passports from visa requirements and other activities.

A meeting of K.Saudabayev with OSCE Secretary General Marc Perrin de Brichambaut, a meeting of the OSCE Troika, signing of the Agreement on cooperation between the OSCE and CARICC, a meeting with President of the OSCE PA Petros Efthimiou and other are scheduled within the summit as well.
