Kazakh President surveyed Zhagalau-3 residential estate
ASTANA. March 30. KAZINFORM /Kanat Kulshmanov/ On Wednesday President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev has surveyed Zhagalau-3 residential complex. The apartments of this residential estate will be sold through the new housing construction programme for 2011-2014.
"The state will allocate KZT 670 bln for the realization of the new housing program, of which KZT 93 bln will be alloted for Astana. It is planned to put 6 mln square meters of housing into operation, thus providing 350,000 families or 1 mln people with own apartments," the President told addressing the participants of the new programme.
Construction of Zhagalau-3 residential estate consisting of 2,105 apartments with a total area of 155,000 square meters started in 2010. It is expected to put it into service this year.
