Kazakh President suggests business to invest into food processing

Delivering an opening address at today's sitting of the Council of National Investors the Head of State said that Kazakhstan imports foodstuff to the amount of USD 3 bln, including confectionaries up to USD 520 mln. "We may process our own food products and assure the country's ready market. We should forward means into the food processing industry. We should teach people to process milk, meat, fruits and vegetables we can boast of," the Head of State stressed.
