Kazakh President stresses the importance of setting performances on historical themes

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - President Nursultan Nazarbayev has met with President of the Union of theatrical figures of Kazakhstan Tungyshbay Djamankulov, the press service of Akorda reports.
The meeting focused on the basic aspects of the development of theatrical art and repertoire policy. Nursultan Nazarbayev stressed the ongoing enhancement of culture and the arts in the country, the importance of setting performances on historical themes. T.Djamankulov informed about the activity of the Union and domestic theaters including those located in regions.
