DECREE

of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan

On approval of rules of organization and functioning of the state system of monitoring the information and warning of the public about the threat of an act of terrorism

In accordance with subparagraph 2) of paragraph 2 of the Article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan from July 13, 1999 "On Combating Terrorism", in order to timely inform the public about the threat of an act of terrorism and organization of activities to counter its commitment,

I HEREBY RESOLVE:

1. To approve the attached rules of organization and functioning of the state system of monitoring the information and warning of public about the threat of an act of terrorism.

2. To bring the acts worked out by state agencies and local executive bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with this Decree.

3. Present Decree will come into force after the first official publication.
