Kazakh President proposes building Abai region in Semey

NUR-SULTAN. KAZINFORM At today’s joint session of the Parliament’s Houses the Head of State suggested building the Abai region in the territory of the city of Semey, Kazinform reports.
The city of Semey will become the center of the new region, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said delivering the State-of-the-Nation Address.
