Kazakh President: Nazarbayev University to be intellectual innovative cluster

ASTANA. September 5. KAZINFORM "We are to provide phased transition of the secondary education to the per capita financing," the Kazakh President said delivering the interactive lecture at the Nazarbayev University, the press service of Akorda said on Twitter.
"We should develop school autonomy and set up supervisory boards at schools. The Nazarbayev University should be the intellectual innovative cluster of the country," Nursultan Nazarbayev said.
