Kazakh President makes new appointments

ASTANA. February 11. KAZINFORM Under the presidential decrees, new appointments were made in Astana.
Abzal Nukenov became a chief of the situation center of the Kazakh Security Council.
Samat Ordabayev was named Deputy Foreign Minister of Kazakhstan.
Arystan Kabikenov was appointed executive secretary of the Kazakh Ministry of Regional Development.
