Kazakh President expressed condolences to the family of Professor Sapargaliyev

ASTANA. July 20. KAZINFORM On the occasion of the death of an outstanding scientist, academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Kazakhstan, Professor Gairat Sapargaliyev, President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev has sent a telegram of condolences to his family; Kazinform refers to the Presidential press service.
The Head of the State noted the scientist's great contribution to the establishment and development of the constitutional system, law and legislation of independent Kazakhstan.
