Kazakh President decrees to appoint Alikhan Smailov as PM

NUR-SULTAN. KAZINFORM Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev signed the decree on appointment of Alikhan Smailov as the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, the Akorda press service reports.
