ASTANA. KAZINFORM - President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev has congratulated Prince Albert II of Monaco on the birth of royal twins, the president's press service reports.
The Head of State congratulated HSH Prince Albert II of Monaco on the arrival of a girl Gabriella and a boy Jacques. Nursultan Nazarbayev wished Prince Albert, Princess Charlene and their children wellbeing, good health and happiness.
