Kazakh President briefed on socioeconomic development of Zhambyl region

ASTANA. KAZINFORM - Head of State Nursultan Nazarbayev has received today governor of Zhambyl region Karim Kokrekbayev in the presidential residence, Kazinform has learned from the Akorda's press service.
During the meeting, Mr. Kokrekbayev informed the President of key indicators of socioeconomic development of Zhambyl region and plans of region's development for the upcoming period. The Head of State stressed the province should be properly prepared for the rapidly approaching heating season. The Kazakh leader also paid utmost attention to the industrial projects implemented in the region as part of the state industrial and innovative program. In conclusion, President Nazarbayev gave a number of specific instructions.
