Kazakh President attended Turkic Council flag raising ceremony
ISTANBUL. October 13. KAZINFORM A flag-raising ceremony was held in the Turkic Council Secretariat building, located in Istanbul, with the participation of President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev and President of Turkey Abdullah Gul.
