Kassym-Jomart Tokayev arrived at the Yeltsin presidential library to attend the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council sitting in Saint Peterburg, Kazinform News Agency learnt from the Akorda press service.
President of Russia Vladimir Putin greeted the Head of State there.
