Kazakh PM visited new l IT University in Almaty

ALMATY. March 23. KAZINFORM /Daniyar Sikhimbayev/ Kazakh Prime minister Karim Massimov has visited International University of Information Technologies in Almaty within his working visit to Almaty region today.
According to Rector of the University Damir Zhynybekov, the University will promote forced industrial-innovative development of the country.
"Our partner is iCarnegie - structural subdivision of Carnegie Mallon University (USA). Carnegie Mallon University is the leading university of the world on computer programming. We borrowed their academic programs on preparation of IT-specialists", the Rector said.
To date 377 students study at the new University.
