Kazakh PM urged to refine draft program of education development for 2011-2020

ASTANA. June 10. KAZINFORM /Kanat Kulshmanov/ Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Karim Massimov has urged to publish a draft state program of education development for 2011-2020 in media and continue its development with account of public discussions.
The Prime Minister gave two months for the discussion and said that in August the program should be submitted for the President's consideration.
K. Massimov noted the need to include the issues of state-private partnership and public control over education quality in the draft program.
