Kazakh PM: Updating of the budget is not sequestering

ASTANA. October 31. KAZINFORM "Updating of the national budget for 2012 is not sequestering," Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Serik Akhmetov said at a plenary session of the Majilis dedicated to the amendments to the national budget for 2012-2014.
Prime Minister Akhmetov explained that the amendments had been made to update the national budget. Funds alloted for some budget programs and undeveloped afterwards will be redistributed among other expenditure categories.
