Kazakh PM to attend VIII KAZENERGY forum in Astana
ASTANA. October 7. KAZINFORM The VIII KAZENERGY Eurasian Forum with the topic "Energy of the future - the Eurasian perspectives" in Astana on October 8-9 is bound to attract attention.
According to Altai Abibullayev, the official spokesperson of the Central Communications Service (CCS) under the President of Kazakhstan, Prime Minister Serik Akhmetov and other members of the Cabinet, heads of the leading Kazakhstani and world oil&gas giants, businessmen, experts and mass media are expected to attend.
The forum will discuss the problems of provision of energy security, modernization of the petrochemical industry and attraction of investments.
"Modern energy policy of Kazakhstan, world trends in the oil&gas industry and many other relevant issues will be touched upon during the forum," Mr. Abibullayev added.
