Kazakh PM to attend session of CIS Council of Heads of Government in Saint Petersburg
ASTANA. May 17. KAZINFORM /Kanat Kulshmanov/ Kazakhstan Prime Minister Karim Massimov will take part in a regular session of the CIS Council of the Heads of Government in Saint Petersburg on May 21.
Official Spokesman of the Kazakh MFA Askar Abdrakhmanov said it at a briefing in Astana on Monday.
According to A.Abdrakhmanov, 19 issues including discussion of the Priority Action Plan on implementation of the Cooperation Concept in the sphere of energy, Interstate Radio-Navigation Program until 2012 and the Plan of events dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the CIS are on the agenda.
"It is planned to sign an agreement on cooperation in creation, usage and development of interstate network of information-marketing centers for promotion of goods and services to the national markets, and a Protocol on stages of a common electricity market formation, and a number of other international treaties", A.Abdrakhmanov emphasized.
It is expected to hold several bilateral meetings within the event.
