Kazakh PM introduced new chairman of Natural Monopolies Regulation Agency

ASTANA. January 23. KAZINFORM /Damir Baimanov/ Murat Ospanov has been appointed Chairman of the Agency for Regulation of Natural Monopolies of Kazakhstan.
Before his appointment, Ospanov was First Deputy Akim (Governor) of Pavlodar region.
