Kazakh PM charged to draw a list of potential investors by March 10
ASTANA. KAZINFORM Today Kazakh PM Serik Akhmetov, heads of the Kazakh diplomatic missions abroad participated in a video conference at the Foreign Ministry.
The conference focused on attracting of investments pursuant to the Kazakh President's instruction given at the enlarged Government meeting on February 14, the primeminister. kz reports. Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Industry and New Technologies Asset Issekeshev, heads of some diplomatic missions took the floor. Delivering an opening address, the PM said that a special working group is being set up to elaborate in the near future new incentives for investors and draft a package plan of attraction of investments.
Following the results of the meeting, Serik Akhmetov charged the Foreign Ministry, heads of diplomatic missions to meet with executives of transnational corporations and large companies. "The list of potential investors willing to work in Kazakhstan must be established until March 10 this year," Prime Minister Akhmetov resumed.
