Kazakh PM awards Paryz and Altyn Sapa Prizes to 2013-best companies

ASTANA. December 20. KAZINFORM Today Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Serik Akhmetov has presented "Paryz" and "Altyn Sapa" awards to the most prominent business companies of the year.

Alexander Vinokurov, the general manager of AstanaProTeam and 2012 Olympic champion, and Beibit Ystybayev, the winner of "2012-Kazakhstan Barysy" and "2013-Eurasia Barysy" international tournaments, presented the 'golden' awards together with Premier Akhmetov.

"Sokolovsko-Sarbaiskoye ore-dressing production association" JSC was named "The Best social project of the year". Based in the Kostanay region, the association has implemented a number of projects this year. They are a KZT 270-million sports and recreation center in Kachar village and a 50-seat kindergarten in the town of Rudny worth KZT 120 million. In general, the company has channeled nearly KZT 1.9 billion into various social projects.

"Uralsk plant "Zenit" JSC (western Kazakhstan) and "KEGOC" JSC also won "Paryz" Award in "The best collective employment agreement" and "The best socially responsible enterprise" nominations respectively. "SEVKAZENERGO" JSC was praised for its contribution to ecology.

"Neftekhim" Ltd (Pavlodar region) received Altyn Sapa Prize as the 2013 best commercial enterprise. "KazTransGas Aimak (Astana) and "Khimfarm" Ltd. (southern Kazakhstan) were also bestowed during the awarding ceremony.
