Kazakh Parliament to continue legislative activity for raising living standards
ANA. June 30. KAZINFORM. /Daniyar Sikhimbayev/ "Within the next session of the Parliament we will have to address a number of new tasks that need legislative framework", Chairman of the Majilis of the Kazakh Parliament Ural Mukhamedzhanov has said at the joint sitting of the Houses in Astana today.
"We should form a legal framework for optimization of industrial and innovative development, raising of living standards of our citizens - that is to provide a legislative framework for realization of the strategic plan of Kazakhstan's development", U. Mukhamedzhanov noted.
According to him, the Parliament is planning to adopt bills on subsurface use, science, state property, protection of consumers' rights, socio-entrepreneurial corporations and etc. "We should continue legislative activity on protection of the domestic market, support of commodity producers, and implementation of infrastructure and innovation projects. Within the framework of the public administration system improvement the Parliament works over the development of a new model of civil service", the Speaker emphasized.
