Kazakh Parliament adopted 127 bills - Majilis Speaker
ANA. June 30. KAZINFORM. /Daniyar Sikhimbayev/ The Parliament of Kazakhstan has adopted 127 bills at the current session. Chairman of the Majilis Ural Mukhamedzhanov has made it public at the joint sitting of the Houses of the Parliament today.
"This session was one of the most tense and important. It represented new experience in the legislative activity in terms of mobilization of all efforts of Kazakhstan's society for overcoming the consequences of the world economic crisis. The main direction of the legislative activity was to adopt laws aimed at consolidating the market economy, developing social sphere, improving the system of state management and work of civil society institutes. As a result the stability of basic macroeconomic indices was ensured. The banking sphere, real estate market, small and medium business and agro-industrial complex were financially supported", he said.
In whole the Parliament considered 207 draft laws. 127 laws were approved. 97 out of them have already been signed by the President of Kazakhstan.
