Kazakh Ombudsman receives ambassadors of Norway and Finland

The diplomats were familiarized with key provisions of the Kazakh President's Message to the Nation, priority direction of the state activity connected with ensuring human rights.

Positive estimate of this work was reflected in a presentation of the Kazakh National Report within the framework of Universal Periodic Review.

The Ombudsman informed the ambassadors of the course of preparation of reports on Kazakhstan for the upcoming meetings of the UN Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination and UN Committee against Torture.
