Kazakh Ministry of Defense amends legislation on defense and military service
ASTANA. October 22. KAZINFORM - The Ministry of Defense has initiated the development of the draft law named "On amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the issues of defense and military service", says the press-service of the Ministry.
The development of this bill is due to the need of avoiding conflict gaps and conflicts identified in the course of the legal monitoring of legal norms regulating social relations in the sphere of defense and military service.
Currently there is activity on creating a working group on the draft law, which would include representatives of relevant government agencies and research organizations.
After consideration of the bill by the working group it will be sent to public bodies for coordination with simultaneous placement on the website of the Ministry of Defense for further discussion.
