Kazakh Leader met with Foreign Minister of Afghanistan
ALMATY. April 26. KAZINFORM Today, President to Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev has met with Minister of Foreign Affairs of Afghanistan Zalmai Rassoul within the third conference of foreign ministers of the Istanbul Process: Afghanistan, the Presidential press service reported.
Role of Istanbul Process in providing of sustainable economic development of Afghanistan was discussed at the meeting.
In addition, the sides considered main trends of Kazakhstan's role in social economic recovery of Afghanistan.
The President of Kazakhstan stressed that Kazakhstan attaches great importance to the development of bilateral and multilateral cooperation with Afghanistan.
The Head of State emphasized that the UN Regional Center that is formed in Almaty could play a key role in Afghanistan stabilization.
