Kazakh Labor Minister: level of the self-employed decreased by 52 thousand

ASTANA. May 27. KAZINFORM "A number of own account workers has reduced by 52 thousand people in Kazakhstan, Minister of Labor and Social Protection of Kazakhstan Serik Abdenov informed at the Government hour in Majilis.
According to Abdenov, within the "Employment -2020" Program implementation more than 80 thousand women were employed, and the number of self employed has reduced by 52 thousand.
For the Program's implementation period, rural incomes have increased by 6.2 per cent, the number of recipients of social assistance has decreased from 139.3 thousand to 97.3 thousand people, the level of poverty in rural areas decreased by 3.4 percent.
