Kazakh-Kyrgyz interparliamentary coop considered in Turkey
ASTANA. June 10. KAZINFORM A delegation headed by Chairman of the Majilis of Kazakhstan Nurlan Nigmatulin is taking part in the events within the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic-speaking Countries that has started in Ankara today.
The program of the Kazakh delegation includes meetings with colleagues from Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan and Turkey. The first bilateral meeting was held with the chairman of Zhogorku Kenesh (Parliament) of Kyrgyzstan Asilbek Zheenbekov.
The sides highly appreciated the level of interaction between the parliamentarians of the two countries. Members of Parliament of Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan regularly exchange their experience; cooperate actively within such parliamentary organizations as the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly, TURKPA, EurAsEC and Collective Security Treaty Organization PA.
