Kazakh Kulambayeva storms into ITF W25+H Cherbourg-en-Cotentin Doubles Finals

Kazakhstani Zhibek Kulambayeva in a duo with Polish Martyna Kubka made it to ITF W25+H Cherbourg-en-Cotentin Doubles Finals in France, Kazinform News Agency reports citing Sports.kz.
In semi-finals, Kulambayeva and Kubka faced Belgian/French duo Marie Benoit/ Tiphanie Lemaitre and beat them in the first set with the score of 6:2. In the second set, the Belgian/French pair withdrew from the tournament.
Earlier, Kulambayeva and Kubka defeated French/British tandem Diana Martynov/Matilda Mutavdzic - 6:7, 6:1, 10:5.
The prize money of the tournament is $25,000.
