Kazakh-Korean Center for Information and Communication Technologies launched in Almaty

ALMATY. January 18. KAZINFORM /Yekaterina Ionova/ The Kazakh-Korean Center for Information and Communication Technologies was launched Monday in Almaty in the K.Satpayev Kazakh National Technical University. Korean colleagues from the Korean International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) presented modern equipment and office machines to the center.
The Center has 17 classrooms united by local network of 314 computers. "The Center will allow to prepare professional IT-personnel and contribute to realization of the strategy of industrial-innovative development of the country, increasing its competitive ability and strengthening cooperation between the two states", General Consul of Korea to Kazakhstan Lee Yang-goo said.
