Kazakh Government should specify new refinery and NPP construction terms

ASTANA. January 21. KAZINFORM "This March the Government of Kazakhstan is to decide the construction terms and location of the fourth refinery and a nuclear power plant," Economy and Budget Planning Minister of Kazakhstan Yerbolat Dossayev told a Government meeting in Astana.
"The report should be submitted to the President of Kazakhstan March this year," he went on. Besides, the Minister noted that it is crucial to put forward proposals on arranging fuel processing for nuclear power plants.
