Kazakh Government should focus on attraction of direct foreign investments - Nur Otan

KAZINFORM. /Aigul Turysbekova/ Presentation of the 2010-2014 Concept of Kazakhstan's Forced Industrial Innovative Development with perspective till 2030 has been presented in Almaty today. The document was elaborated by the Innovation Committee of Nur Otan People's Democratic Party.
The concept was developed by the international expert group including specialists from Israel, Finland, Britain and Russia. According to its chief Alexander Idrissov, the document is focused on the prospects of Kazakhstan's economic development.
Today the states compete with each other for four key resources - natural, human, financial (foreign investments) and global markets of modern goods and services.
The experts consider the direct foreign investments along with the state budget and debt financing to be the source of financing of economy. "The task on attraction of direct foreign investments should become a high priority for the Government of Kazakhstan", A. Idrissov emphasized.
