Kazakh, Estonian Foreign Ministries held consultations

ASTANA. June 1. KAZINFORM Consultations between Kazakh and Estonia Foreign Ministries were held in Tallinn on May 28-29, Kazinform refers to the press service of the Kazakh Foreign Ministry.
The Kazakh delegation was headed by Executive Secretary of the Kazakh Foreign Ministry Rapil Zhoshybayev, the Estonian side ? Secretary General of the Estonia Foreign Minister Marten Kokk.
The sides discussed the issues of strengthening of political and economic cooperation between Kazakhstan and Estonia, and shared opinions on topical issues of the OSCE agenda expecting the Kazakhstan?s OSCE chairmanship.
The diplomats complimented the dynamic of development of the Kazakh-Estonian relations, activation of bilateral contacts and constructive approach to solution of common problems.
The Estonian side noted that the development of the economic interaction can be achieved through establishment of the Kazakh-Estonian intergovernmental commission on trade-economic cooperation and proposed to sign a corresponding agreement within the coming visit of Estonian Prime Minister Andrus Ansip to Kazakhstan in autumn this year.
R.Zhoshybayev met with Estonian Foreign Minister Urmas Paet, who appreciated the decision of our country on simplification of visa regime for the citizens of the Estonian Republic beginning from May 19, 2009. U.Paet informed of taken measures on simplification of the visa registration procedure for Kazakhstanis.
