Kazakh envoy, Uzbek FM meet in Tashkent

TASHKENT. KAZINFORM - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kazakhstan to Uzbekistan Boribai Zheksembin met with Foreign Affairs Minister of Uzbekistan Abdulaziz Kamilov.
During the meeting, the sides touched upon state and prospects of Kazakhstani-Uzbek relations and interaction of the two countries within international organizations, the press service of the Kazakh embassy in Tashkent says. For instance, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan effectively cooperate within the CICA, the CIS Anti-terror Center and the international transport corridor TRACEKA. Sales turnover between the countries reached $2.1 billion in 2013, that is 5.3% more than in 2012.
