Kazakh Defense Minister met with commandant of Special Forces of Turkish General Staff

The Head of the Ministry noted that the current interaction in the military field covers wide spectrum of issues and promotes the process of reformation of the Kazakh armed Forces by rendering military-technical assistance, organization of training for Kazakh militaries in the military educational institutions of Turkey. Memo on cooperation between the Kazakh Defense Ministry and the Turkish General staff was signed in 2007 in order to impart legislative base in the field of training and equipage of the unconventional units of the Armed Forces of Kazakhstan. D.Akhmetov thanked the Leadership of the Turkish General Staff and expressed hope on further mutually beneficial cooperation in the field of strengthening of relations between the Armies of Kazakhstan and Turkey.
