Kazakh Constitution - nationwide idea embodied in letter of law: President
ASTANA. August 27. KAZINFORM /Serik Sabekov/ The Constitution of Kazakhstan is a nationwide idea embodied in the letter of the law. Kazakh President N.Nazarbayev has made it public today at the international scientific-practical conference devoted to the 15th anniversary of the Kazakh Constitution.
"It reflects the dreams of many generations of our ancestors about freedom and possibility to be master of our fate in the country where the power serves the interests of its people, in the independent country respected in the world", the Head of the State said.
N. Nazarbayev noted that the conference that brought together representatives of over 20 countries, demonstrates close attention of other states to the successful experience of constitutional development in Kazakhstan.
