Kazakh, Chinese national security bodies discussed cooperation

The parties exchanged views on the most urgent problems of international and regional security and discussed several issues concerning development of the bilateral cooperation. In particular, N. Abykayev and M. Jianzhu focused on interaction in state borders protection, countering terrorism and extremism, illegal international drug trafficking and illegal migration.

The parties expressed confidence that further strengthening of cooperation between security bodies and law enforcement structures of the two countries in interest of regional security is one of the most important directions in the SCO activity, Kazinform refers to the press service of the Kazakh National Security Committee.
