Kazakh-Chinese coop in energy security field has long-term character: K.Saudabayev

KAZINFORM /Kanat Kulshmanov/ "Cooperation of Kazakhstan and China in the field of energy security has a long-term character, it is sustainable and predictable", Kazakh Secretary of State - Foreign Minister Kanat Saudabayev said reporting at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.
As earlier reported, the Head o the Kazakh Foreign ministry arrived in China with official visit on the invitation of his Chinese colleague.
"The issues of provision of the energy security became one of the key factors of stable development in the world. I would like to state that our cooperation in this field has a long-term character, it is sustainable and predictable", the Minister said.
He noted that big projects strategically important for both countries with participation of the Chinese capital are implemented in Kazakhstan. "Launching of "Kazakhstan-China" oil pipeline in 2009 has already given positive results in provision of stable energy resources supplies", K.Saudabayev said.
The Foreign Minister stressed that Kazakhstan is interested in deepening of cooperation in related industries. It provides with additional opportunities for accession to the regional markets, the State Secretary noted.
