Checkpoints on Kazakh-Chinese border to suspend operation for 3 days

In view of celebration of the Day of the People's Republic of China, the passage of persons, vehicles and cargo through the automobile checkpoints on the Kazakh-Chinese border will be suspended from October 1 to 3, Kazinform News Agency learned from the State Revenues Committee.
Railway checkpoints on the Kazakh-Chinese border will continue operating in a normal mode.
The carriers and all those willing to cross the border are requested to plan their route in advance, taking into account the restrictions imposed, the Committee notes.
