Kazakh boxer cruises to Round 2 at Olympic Qualifying Tournament in Busto Arsizio

Kazakhstani boxer Aibek Oralbay propelled to the Round 2 at the 2024 Boxing 1st World Olympic Qualifying Tournament underway in Busto Arsizio, Italy, Kazinform News Agency learnt from Olympic.kz.
In the men’s 92 kg opening-round bout he defeated India’s boxer Sanjeet.
Next, Aibek Oralbay will face South Korea’s Jung Han Eul.
As earlier reported, Kazakhstani female boxer Rimma Volossenko advanced to the quarterfinal of the Busto Arsizio Boxing 2024.
A total of 49 quotas for the 2024 Paris Olympic Games will be awarded among 670 boxers at the Boxing 1st World Olympic Qualifying Tournament in Busto Arsizio.
