Kazakh border patrol foils smuggling of 86 tons of fuel to Russia

ASTANA. KAZINFORM Kazakh frontier guards seized 86 tons of oil and lubricants on the Kazakh-Russian border, the Kazakh Frontier Service said.
Police detained two citizens of Russia and Kazakhstan driving MAZ and IVEKO trucks loaded with 86 tons of AI 80 petrol on their way from Pavlodar to Barnaul across the state border. As it turned out there was something wrong with the dispatch notes. The investigation is underway.
