Kazakh, Belarusian Foreign Ministries to sign coop plan for 2011-2012
ASTANA. February 17. KAZINFORM The Foreign Ministries of Kazakhstan and Belarus plan to sign the Cooperation Plan for 2011-2012. The document is expected to be signed at the Kazakh-Belarusian Ministerial Consultation scheduled for February 21-22 in Astana. Spokesman of the Belarusian Foreign Ministry Andrey Savinykh has made it public at the briefing today, BELTA reported.
The Belarusian delegation to the consultation will be headed by Deputy Foreign Minister Igor Petrishenko, the Kazakh delegation - by Deputy Foreign Minister Yerzhan Kazykhanov.
Issues of Belarusian-Kazakh interaction within the Customs Union, Single Economic Space, CSTO, OSCE, UN, SCO and further development of the legal framework will be discussed at the session.
The Belarusian delegation is expected to hold talks in the Kazakh Government on the issues regarding the further development of the trade and economic cooperation, realization of joint projects.
Igor Petrishenko will meet with Kazakh co-chairman of the Intergovernmental Commission on trade and economic cooperation, Minister of Emergencies Vladimir Bozhko. The sides are expected to address the issues of including the projects with participation of Belarusian companies into the Industrialization Map of Kazakhstan.
