Kazakh athletes should impress at London 2012: Secretary of State

ASTANA. June 20. KAZINFORM "Kazakhstani athletes should do their best at the XXX Summer Olympiad Games in London," Kazakh Secretary of State Mukhtar Kul-Mukhammed told a conference dedicated to the problems of sport development in Astana.
He stressed that the Head of State Nursultan Nazarbayev created all necessary conditions to develop national sports. There are state-of-the-art sport facilities in Astana and Almaty and the largest cities of the country. "The Ice Palace, Boxing and Tennis centers were opened in Karaganda last year," the Secretary of State added.
According to Mukhtar Kul-Mukhammed, the Kazakh authorities increase sums allotted on sports development annually.
