Kazakh archer Ilfat Abdullin out of Olympic Games 1/32 elimination round

Kazakhstani archer Ilfat Abdullin lost in the men’s individual 1/32 elimination round at the now-running Summer Olympic Games 2024 in France, Kazinform News Agency learnt from the National Olympic Committee.

One of the leaders of the Kazakhstani team, Ilfat Abdullin, took to the field to meet Eric Peters of Canada in the men's individual 1/32 elimination round. Their clash ended with a score of 6-4 in favor of the latter.

Dauletkeldy Zhanbyrbai and Alexandra Eremenko of Kazakhstan will start individual matches on August 1.

Ilfat Abdullin competed in the men's individual event at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo.

The 2024 Summer Olympics, branded as Paris 2024, is an international multi-sport event being held between July 24 and  August 11, 2024, in France.
