Kazakh and Vietnamese justice ministries to foster cooperation

ASTANA. October 31. KAZINFORM Kazakhstan Justice Minister Rashid Tusupbekov and Justice Minister of Vietnam Ha Hung Cuong signed an agreement on mutual legal assistance within the official visit of Kazakh Leader Nursultan Nazarbayev to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
The agreement is aimed at regulation of mutual relations between the two countries in the legal sphere and rendering legal assistance through delivery of documents, recognition and enforcement of judges and arbitral awards, and legal information exchange.
Later, the Justice Ministers held a meeting.
