Kazakh Ambassador to Turkmenistan named

The Head of State appointed Nurlan Nogayev the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Turkmenistan, Kazinform News Agency learnt from the Akorda press service.
The Head of State decreed to relieve Askar Tazhibayev of his duties as the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Turkmenistan.
