Kazakh Ambassador presents credentials to King of Norway Harald V
ASTANA. November 1. KAZINFORM Askar Tazhiyev, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Kingdom of Norway, presented his credentials to King Harald V, Kazinform has learnt from the Kazakh MFA's press service.
During the ceremony, the King wholeheartedly congratulated Kazakhstan's Ambassador on his new post and wished him success. Having highly estimated the prospects for Kazakhstan's development, the King of Norway expressed satisfaction with the strengthening of status of the Kazakh embassy in Oslo.
Ambassador Tazhiyev, in turn, briefly informed the King on the socioeconomic development of Kazakhstan. He also noted the opportunities for deeper bilateral cooperation, including science and technology, education and many more.
