The Head of State sent a congratulatory telegram to President of Russia Vladimir Putin, Kazinform News Agency learnt from the Akorda press service.
President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev congratulated Vladimir Putin on his birthday.
As previously stated, Kazakhstan and Russia’s Novgorod oblast would implement joint investment projects.
